Job description

We are looking for a senior Senior Sales & New Business Lead to be part of our sales team in Stockholm. In this role your job is be to execute outbound sales activities in order to build new business for Columbia Road. The Sales & New Business Lead will own the whole sales lifecycle from initial customer contact to customer case delivery and everything in between.

Therefore it is important for us to find a person who enjoys winning as a team, continuous learning and keeping our team and customers happy also after closing new business.


Requirements

Communication: You are a good communicator, and fluent both in Swedish and English.

Ownership & Drive: You are systematic and meticulous, even under hectic conditions. Your positive drive keeps you going and pushes also others forward. Your primary focus will be on new business generation, but you do take ownership of customer satisfaction and carry P&L responsibility.

Tech: Your tech and digital experience is the foundation that will make you and Columbia Road succeed. Your passion for and knowledge about tech and its possibilities makes you a strong leader both for clients and your organisation. You always strive to deliver impeccable customer experience across all touch points and you know how to use tech to do just that.

You have previously managed IT projects or programs, and know how to keep them on track.

You have worked with software developers before.

Business development and sales: You are an experienced business developer with a hands-on entrepreneurial mindset and excellent people skills who can build a nascent business and scale without a ‘play book’. You can handle strategic and complex deals with Swedish and international stakeholders, building long-term, high-value partnerships through effective account management and problem-solving — both personally and through your team.

You have a proven track record in P&L responsible roles from digital consulting / agency. Managing commercial and project-delivery teams / businesses in Sweden.

Network: When building Columbia Road sales you will also need to activate your network and pull all the strings. Knowing the right people will be key.
